The gale of change blowing across the Nigerian landscape is a serious wind that must be carefully guided, if not, it will uproot and destroy both the good, bad and the ugly.
Why some are hailing PMB for the heroic steps at addressing the muster called corruption that has come to overthrown righteousness that exalt a nation, and is ruling without any of fear cou-de ta, some are also crying foul of being victimized.
The Chief Dokpesi is a good case study? The DARR communications former chairman have accepted to the surprise of Nigerians, to have collected the sum of $2.1b for adverts and publicity.
The big question Nigerians are asking Chief Dokpesi is. with such whiff of money, why he is owning his staff backlogs of unpaid salaries of 6 to 8 months, why are some of his staff now turning beggars on streets and in their neighborhood because of none payment of their entitlements, allowances and their small monthly salaries? DARR staff are rated the most committed work force in Nigeria and Africa, why will Chief Ray treat his work force with such cruel mind, what happened to that big money that could take care of states budget for three years? Why is Ray Jonathan’s best friend, why is the Edo born Chief single handedly hosted Oga Jona and Dame when they lost the election? Are there other monies Jonathan used Chief Ray as his proxy to siphoned and stacked away?
Why are these looters always crying to be innocent when the tide turns against them, if every media houses collected that whiff of monies will they not pay their staff salaries? The bail out the media houses are also crying for today, would there real be need for such? Today so many whys are more on our lips than the answers? If Chief collected monies from Jonathan because their friendship for doing nothing, he should be made to refund the monies as a custodian of integrity and equity without the matter being politicize.
To whom much is given to whom much is expected.
A food for thought
