Is Saraki a Step away from Prison?

From the body language of the judge that will preside over Senate President Bukola Saraki’s case today, it is deducible that all may not be well
during today’s hearing as Saraki appears before the court.

Two statements that connote these were, the Judge referring to Saraki as “the accused person” withdrawing all his titles and appellation, he said he must be brought to court and the law enforcement agencies must do all it can to forcefully bring him to the tribunal.

It is believed that:

i. Saraki should have quietly appear before CCT without drawing the attention of anyone or the world

ii. He should have known that as a lawmaker, the law expects him to be the first to obey the laws he makes

iii. He should have obeyed the political structure on which he emerged

iv. He should know that power belong to God, and He alone decides who gets it.

As it appears, it seems the Kwara born prince is an orphan without anybody to run to. Oyegun who he accused of receiving bribe from him will not be there to help him to press the button of deliverance for him. The Jagaban who he usurped power from appears to be drinking Chinese tea with his legs crossed in Ikoyi over his ongoing political battle.

Mr. President who we learnt he said he will frustrate on the floor of the senate when it comes to passing and accenting to bills has distant himself from the Senate President. Now, can someone provide a pillow for Saraki to lean his troubled head on?

2019 we learnt at National Lifewatch is the major reason for the ongoing brouhaha, we further learnt that when the leadership of APC sent the list of those they wanted Saraki to appointment to work with in the senate, he refused for the mere fact that these people nominated by the party might team up to work against his success at the senate and his secret ambition for emergence as presidential candidate in 2019, for this reason his chose to toe his own lane.

The inner caucus of APC also sees Saraki as a man of great influence, that if he could single handedly dismantled PDP, nothing will stop him from doing same in APC and thereafter rebuild PDP with his godfather Abubakar Atiku and use it as a platform in 2019.

These and other factors are what we learnt are given the think tank of APC sleepless nights. The only way to stop him was to dust up old files and through the help of CCT they intend to nail him once and for all.

Will Saraki survive this hurricane? Will he come back home today as he marches to CCT? Time they say is the healer of all worn. We at National Lifewatch are watching to see how this event will play out.
