Buhari Appoint Ministers Who Don’t Make Noise – Omobola Johnson

Mrs. Omobola Johnson, who was
the minister in charge of Communication Technology, ComTech, under former President Goodluck Jonathan has accused President Muhammadu Buhari of being unfair to ministers who worked hard, but did not make much noise about it.

She spoke in reaction to a statement credited to President Buhari, in an interview during his three-day official visit to France, where he argued that it is the civil servants and technocrats who do the real job of governance in Federal government ministries more than the ministers, who he described as noise makers.

But responding to the President’s remarks through her a post on her Twitter handle @OmobolaJohnson, the ex-ComTech minister said: “President Buhari is being unfair to Ministers who work hard and don’t make noise. The civil service is broken and it needs to be fixed.
