, Eid-l Kabir celebration has lots of significance with animal sacrifice and there are rewards attached to such sacrifices carried out during this period, which is commonly called Ileya festival here in Lagos, Nigeria.
Predominant animals allowed in Islam for sacrifice for Sallah is ram, and we have collected some amazing photos to tell the ‘ram-story’ of Lagos as Muslim faithful prepare to commence Sallah celebration on tomorrow.
