President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, assigned a former head of state, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo as his special
envoy to mediate and help find a solution to the crisis brewing in Guinea Bissau. Buhari expressed deep concern over the unveiling political situation in the country which was sparked off by the dismissal of the Prime Minister, Mr. Domingos Simoes Pereira, and his cabinet by President Jose Mario Vaz.
At this appointment on Friday by the 'no non-sense' president, your watch- dog medium "National lifewatch magazine and online reporters" took time out and go round the city of Abuja and discover that the questions on the lips of so many Nigerians begging for answers are; Is this a compensation for OBJ'S role in dethroning GoodLuck and hoisting Buhari? Are there no other qualified Nigierans that could be appointed for this assignment?
Why should the recircling process of national looters continue? when will those OBJ and PMB groomed as tomorrow's leaders have the chance to excercise their skills of tutolage? giving that Obasanjo have served this nation and Africa at high exalted positions, one would have expected that he retire respectfully from active politics as honourable state man should ( though Nigeria has not gotten one)
