Plateau PDP Guber Candidate Gyang Pwajok Is Dead
The Plateau State governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2015 elections, Gyang Pwajok, is dead.
The news of his demise was confirmed by the Head of his media team during the electioneering, Chuwang Dung, while he was interacting with journalists in Jos, via mobile phones.
Dung, however, promised that an official statement would be issued by the deceased’s family as soon as possible.
Mr. Pwajok reportedly died late Wednesday in an Indian hospital.
He was the governorship candidate of the PDP in the 2015 general election, but lost the election to Simon Lalong of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
